Doulton water filters have being providing families with access to clean drinking water since 1826. Doulton ceramic water filters improve the look, odour and taste of tap water by filtering out >99.99% of contaminants, bacteria, cysts and particles whilst retaining all of the healthy minerals that make water taste great.
We developed a new creative concept, brand position and brand proposition for Doulton - this is where the ‘Discover the Doulton Difference’ was born. Underneath the overarching ‘Discover’ concept, we developed ‘Test the Doulton Difference’, ‘Taste the Doulton Difference’ and ‘Trust the Doulton Difference’ to increase versatility of the proposition and the ability to target different segments of the target market.
For each of the Test, Taste and Trust concepts, we produced a short video for use on social media and in stream video advertising.
This included designing detailed storyboards, selecting a location, models and props and directing the shoot. Our team of videographers edited the videos with sound effects, music and voiceover, producing a range of interruptive content for use across different platforms.
As part of the repositioning strategy, we developed a stunning new website for Doulton. The website was designed with a global audience in mind, so ease of use was paramount to create seamless user experiences. The website is benefit driven, educating audiences about the products whilst following the new ‘Discover the Doulton Difference’ concept. As part of the website development, we photographed the whole Doulton range and created rotating 360 degree images to showcase the high-quality product range.
We have also supported Doulton with digital marketing, social media and exhibition stand design and we are delighted to have worked with them for the launch of the stunning new Doulton Taste bottle. This has included logo and packaging design as well as strategy and a social media campaign for the product launch.
We are immensely proud of the work we have done for Doulton. The campaign has contributed towards increased brand awareness and Doulton have received excellent feedback from customers around the world with regards to the new brand, website and marketing material.
We are proud to have continued to work with Doulton following the launch of the Discover the Doulton Difference campaign and we love seeing the new brand in action. Our next project with Doulton is the development of a mobile app, allowing customers to monitor the service life of their filter and receive notification when it’s due for replacement. We can’t wait to share it with you!
