Pinnacle Orthodontics wanted to improve their digital presence and focus on gaining enquiries and consultations for private treatments including teeth straightening and teeth whitening.
The objectives of the campaign were to improve brand awareness and visibility within the local and surrounding areas, generate leads for free consultations for private treatments and ultimately increase conversion rates.
To gain enquiries for private treatments that the practice offers, we developed a digital marketing campaign to include social media advertising and a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign.
As part of the campaign, we designed and developed specific landing pages for each of the services offered, including teeth whitening and straightening. This allowed the social media and PPC adverts to be directed to relevant pages with clear calls-to-action relating to the advert content, with the objective of converting visits into consultations and leads for the practice.
Improvements were made to the existing website to improve Pinnacle’s SEO ranking. This included a full analysis of the website and keyword research to improve the position in search results, leading to higher brand awareness and clicks through to the website and landing pages.
Within the first month of the digital campaign launch over 13,000 people were reached on social media within the targeted locations. 78 people phoned Pinnacle Orthodontics from PPC adverts with many of these enquiries leading to bookings for treatments and treatment plans.
Since the campaign, Pinnacle Orthodontics have seen a significant increase in engagement on social media, with nearly 600 engagements in the first month. The enhanced social media presence has allowed Pinnacle to develop and nurture relationships with current and potential future patients.
