Prep Fresh’s existing website was purely functional, allowing users to find information and purchase products. The site was missing an opportunity to connect with customers and promote the brand and it’s fantastic products.
Prep Fresh required a new website that would allow them to communicate the many benefits associated with the meals, show visitors that the Prep Fresh is a reputable company with an exciting product range, and ultimately increase sales.
Mooch customised a Shopify theme to ensure that the site reflected Prep Fresh’s brand identity and personality, including customisation of colours, button styles and background images. We also created imagery for the site, including over-layed images to give a hint of the recognisable brand colours, pink and blue.
Features of the site include a blog section, a live Instagram feed, a postcode entry form to check delivery eligibility and a login area, allowing return visitors to login to their account which stores all of their information.
To celebrate the launch of the new site, Prep Fresh offered customers 25% off meals and bundles. They have received an excellent response to the offer so far.
The blog section has allowed Prep Fresh to communicate the lifestyle and health benefits of their meals and delivery service and the Instagram feed has assisted the brand to maximise their social presence, allowing customers to connect with the brand on a more personal level.
It’s early days for the new site, but Prep Fresh have received some excellent feedback from customers about the new site and it’s features.
