Building a Brand for Birmingham

Court Collaboration is a reputable property development company with a portfolio of successful, high-end developments across Greater Birmingham.

Following several successful brand launch projects with mooch, Court Collaboration approached us to develop a brand and marketing campaign for their new development of luxury apartments in Birmingham City Centre.

Behind the Brand

Taking inspiration from the developments city centre location and street name ‘Windmill Street’, The Axium brand name was developed from the word ‘axis’ which is used to describe the central point of a windmill.

The brand identity was created using sharp and angular typefaces and a recognisable black and gold colour scheme, both of which are used consistently across all of The Axium marketing material. This font selected reflects the shape of a windmill and the colour scheme gives the brand a contemporary look and feel to convey the modern inner city living experience that the apartments offer.

 mooch developed an integrated marketing campaign for The Axium including high quality specification and floor plan brochures, banners, Rightmove adverts and a fantastic responsive website.

 

The Results

Court Collaboration have received an excellent response to the launch new development, with 60 apartments (almost 20%) selling within the first weekend!

Court Collaboration have also carried out a successful launch event for the development with the support of marketing materials created by mooch.

 The website has generated a lot of interest for the brand, attracting leads from all over the world including the UK, Hong Kong and the USA.
