AnyNest is a shared ownership scheme which allows aspiring home owners who are struggling to save for their first home, purchase a share of a residential property and then pay rent on the rest until they are in the position to buy the rest.
We have been working with AnyNest, fully-managing and producing their social media content for a while now. Following a successful year of social media marketing campaigns, AnyNest has a extremely strong presence in the digital world. For example, our content has reached over 195,000 Facebook users who fit the AnyNest target audience profile.
On meta alone (Facebook & Instagram), AnyNest had 98 leads via the website either through contact form, guide form submission, phone call or emailing directly. A grand total of 1,677 users also visited the website via social media channels! For PPC, our lowest cost per click was just £0.29!
