The annual report for all Bournville residents.

A long term mooch client, Bournville Village Trust are a charity and housing organisation founded by chocolate maker, George Cadbury in 1900.

Their main vision is to build and support flourishing communities where individuals decide to live. They do this by offering high-quality housing and estate management across Birmingham and Telford. In total they provide services to 8,000 homes and 25,000 people.

Each year Bournville ask mooch to produce an annual report document that can be read by Bournville residents. The document is printed in small quantities and is viewable on online for every resident. 

The mooch team had worked with BVT prior to designing the latest annual report, with an already agreed look and feel decided with a brand book that outlines a set of styles for all marketing material.

The design of the new annual report follows the brand book guidelines, but our design team still had some licence to add a little bit of creative flair to make sure the annual report is the best it can be. 

Working directly with Claire at BVT, our team were provided with a host of imagery and content, which needed to be artworked across a range of multiple spreads. 

Each spread features a range of different colours which match to the brand book and correlate to a specific service Bournville offer.

This will be the 8th year mooch have had the pleasure to work with Bournville on the annual report, with our team producing an initial range of concepts for Bournville to choose from.
