Knight Frank.
What was the challenge?
Forming part of a wider social media marketing campaign, we captured and produced some stunning promo videos to advertise Knight Frank’s latest residential development in the centre of Birmingham.
Our talented photographer and videographer captured a range of shots across the city centre and footage of the library of Birmingham, Centenary Square, Brindley place and inside the luxury apartments themselves.
Location was everything - a major selling point for this residential development so we had to make sure we included every part of the local area that would be of value to an aspiring homeowner or investor.
What did we do about it?
We combined a range of footage from the property facilities to the apartment specification and landmarks in the vicinity to create three engaging and stunning promotional videos with both English and Mandarin subtitles.
The video was a major success with over 800 Tiktok users visiting the property website landing page via the video itself.
The videos were distributed to Knight Frank as 1:30min videos and shorter snippet videos. The snippet videos were specifically developed for promotion via social media to generate interest amongst aspiring homeowners and investors.
