Dan’s Time at mooch

Recently we were joined by Daniel who joined mooch for a week on his Year 10 work experience. We asked him a few questions to get to know what he got up to: 

What have you been doing this week at mooch?

For my week's work experience at Mooch, I've used software like adobe illustrator, blender and photoshop. I worked alongside the design team learning their creative processes such as logo and website design, as well as 3D design and branding. 

Has Mooch taught you anything? 

I've learnt how to navigate and use illustrator predominantly, working with logos and mood boarding, and Blender to create 3D models and renders. I have also learnt the 'structure' of an agency and how they're run. 

Have you had any memorable experiences in your week at mooch?

Some of my favourite parts have been the opportunity to work with actual creative designers and being able to experiment with different software and programmes.

Have you had a good week? 

Definitely yes, the team has been very welcoming and helped me to get the most out of the week as possible.

What have you got out of doing work experience with mooch? 

The week has helped me to look at different future careers or opportunities to do with the creative aspect of an agency, as well as appreciate all the different roles and people needed to run one.
